Puppy Contract / Bill of Sale for AKC Chihuahua

Include With Puppy:

AKC Puppy registration

AKC Microchip pre-paid for lifetime.

Vet Records and updated vaccination record.

Health Guarantee:

The seller certifies that upon delivery to buyer, the puppy has been examined by a

veterinarian, and appears to be in good health and has received age appropiate

vaccinations and deworming.

The Buyer's Responsibility:

The buyer agrees to take good care of this puppy. Buyer agrees to house the puppy

indoors. Buyer agrees to control the puppy on a harness or leash when in public and

when off the premises of the puppy's home. The puppy's outdoor area will be fenced in

and secure, or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the puppy is safe any time

he/she is outdoors. Buyer agrees to give the puppy proper veterinary care, physical and

emotional care, to provide basic training, and to socialize the puppy. The buyer agrees

to housing the puppy indoors as its primary housing. If at any time the puppy is found to

be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be

neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions the seller has all

rights to repossession of this puppy with no refund to the buyer.

Registration:

At the time of transfer, puppy will come with AKC registration papers, along with prepaid

for life AKC microchip information for puppy.

A Forever Home - First Right To Refusal:

In the event the buyer is unable to keep this puppy for any reason, the buyer

agrees to offer to the seller the first chance to take this puppy back. Buyer agrees

that under no circumstance is this puppy to be sold to a pet store, laboratory,

research facility, or surrendered to an animal shelter, pound, or offered for free to

any private individual through an ad placed in a newspaper, magazine, website,

or other form of advertising.

Any changes to this contract must be documented and signed by both parties. This

contract is a legal binding contract and may be enforced by legal means. The parties

acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to this contract by signing.
